On the morning of April 23, CR Power and China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute (hereinafter referred to as CREEI) held a cloud signing ceremony for the offshore wind power cooperation agreement. Tang Yong, President of CR Power, and Zheng Sheng'an, President of CREEI attended the signing ceremony.
President Zheng Sheng'an said that offshore wind power is an important part of China's renewable energy development and offshore wind power is gradually becoming an important strategic development direction of the nation's energy development and energy transformation. On the basis of the strategic cooperation agreement signed in 2016, the two sides will further deepen their business cooperation in the field of offshore wind power, which is of great significance to the future development of both sides.
President Tang Yong said that CREEI is an important think tank in China's renewable energy industry that has played an important role in the development of the nation's renewable energy cause. The signing of the offshore wind power cooperation agreement between CREEI and CR Power will further promote the rapid and high-quality development of both sides in offshore wind power business and the sustainable development of renewable energy industry.
Through cloud signing, Xu Hongbo, Assistant President of CR Power, and Yi Yuechun, Vice President of CREEI, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides respectively. According to the agreement, in the future, both sides will work together in the fields of large-scale offshore wind power base projects and offshore wind power test wind farm projects relying on their own resources and technological advantages, discuss the possibility of jointly building an offshore wind power technology research center and establishing an efficient communication mechanism to share renewable energy information and current trends.
The event was attended by relevant directors of CREEI, CR Power’s Strategic Development Department, CR Power South China Region and CR Power Technology Research Institute.
